1. App Usage:

1.1 Eligibility: You must be 18 years of age or older to use this app. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this eligibility requirement.

1.2 Account Creation: In order to use our app, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and maintain the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

1.3 User Obligations: When using the app, you agree to:
a. Use the app only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with applicable laws and regulations.
b. Provide accurate, current, and complete information about your requested services or job postings.
c. Treat other app users with respect and refrain from engaging in any discriminatory, offensive, or harmful behavior.
d. Take appropriate precautions while interacting with other users, including verifying their identities, credentials, and qualifications.

1.4 No Guarantee of Services: We do not guarantee the availability or quality of services provided by the labourers listed on the app. We merely serve as a platform to connect users with available labourers. Any agreements or arrangements made between users and labourers are strictly between them, and we are not responsible for any issues or disputes that may arise.

1.5 User Feedback: Users may have the ability to submit feedback or ratings for labourers. You agree to provide honest, fair, and accurate feedback based on your experiences. We reserve the right to moderate and remove any feedback that violates our guidelines.

2. Disclaimer of Liability:

2.1 Limitation of Liability: In no event shall our app, its owners, employees, or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our app or the services provided by the listed labourers.

2.2 No Warranty: We do not warrant or represent that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or free from viruses. We disclaim any and all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

2.3 Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless our app, its owners, employees, or agents from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising out of your use or misuse of the app, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

3. Governing Law:

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Uganda. Any legal actions arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Uganda.
